The following is a list of projects which
are currently under construction.
GOA
As one of the most prominent hub of tourism that makes it mark on a global
landscape. Goa is India hottest destination for travelers across the world.
Serene beauty, picturesque ambience, rejuvenating climatic conditions
and rustic feel provide Goa the edge like none other. Considering these
aspects, we decided to make our presence felt in this land of dreams.
Our think tank is currently planning a 110-room resort with clubhouses,
residential cottages and restaurants. Although the project is still on
a blue print stage, it will take us only a while before we make it a reality.
PANCHGANI
The twin-destination of Mahabaleshwar. Panchgani lies at an altitude of
1334 m. with views that surpass even the beauty of its twin. Surrounded
by five hills. Panchgani still retains the old world charm of the Raj
days… with retro architecture all around. The destination has amazingly
scenic locations, with a river on one side and coastal plains on the other.
Panchgani is full of lush trees and vegetation, making it a perfect location
for a heath resort. The unparalleled uniqueness of Panchgani inspired
us to make it our next destination. The projected resort, to be developed
on B.O.T basis, comprises of 60 residential cottages, clubhouses and restaurants.
HYDERABAD
With an ancient civilization and culture. Hyderabad is the capital of
Andhra Pradesh. However, now it is one of India's top IT destinations
for world's Infotech organizations. The city is nearly 400 years old and
is noted for its natural beauty, mosques and minarets, bazaars and bridges,
hills and lakes. Its palaces and buildings, houses and tenements, gardens
and streets have a history and an architectural individuality of their
own, which makes Hyderabad a city of enchantment. Today, Hyderabad is
buzzing with activity and this is what gets it on to our list. Soon, Hyderabad
will have more landmarks from Garnet.
KHOPOLI
On the future list of Garnet Constructions is the town of Khopoli. The
proposed international airport at Navi Mumbai is just 35-40 mins away
from the destination. Moreover, it is at close proximity to Mumbai Pune
Expressway. This makes it perfect in terms of logistics. Our plan involves
setting up large storage godowns and sheds for use by organizations for
their logistics purpose.
